Quick answers
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit. Open a tool and use it.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
Not by default. Images, PDFs and text are processed inside your browser and stay on your device. The only exception is the optional AI mode in the Image Quality Increaser and Image Background Remover. When it is ticked, that one image is sent through this site to the AI service and is not kept by this site.
Which image formats can I use?
You can add JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and BMP files. The tools save as JPG, PNG or WebP. Some browsers can also open AVIF files.
What happens to a transparent PNG?
JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas turn white. Choose WebP or PNG if you need to keep the see-through background.
Can I convert a PDF to JPG or Word?
Not yet. Today you can turn images into a PDF and merge several PDFs into one.
How good are the background remover and quality increaser?
Without AI mode both run in your browser. The remover works best on plain, evenly lit backgrounds such as ID photos and signatures. The quality increaser enlarges and sharpens, but it cannot add detail that is missing from the original photo. AI mode, when available, usually gives cleaner results.

Image Quality Increaser
Make a small or blurry image bigger and sharper. The picture is enlarged in steps and the edges are sharpened. It cannot add detail that was never in the photo, so it works best for 2× to 4× enlargements.
Image Background Remover
Remove a plain background from a photo and keep it transparent, or swap in white or any colour. It works best on ID photos, signatures and products shot on an even background.
